Belenli Resort Hotel Facade Lighting
At Belenli Resort Hotel in Belek, we drew the facade lines with MidiPix P8 and painted the surfaces in color with MiniRado RGB wall washers; the two layers work together in the same scene.

Belek’s hotels stand close to one another at night; whether a resort stands out from afar depends on how well its lighting is composed. At Belenli Resort Hotel we built this with two separate layers of light: one tells the story of the building’s lines, the other of its surfaces.

The facade edges, floor lines and tower tips were drawn with MidiPix P8. Thanks to pixel control these lines can move: color flows from one corner to the other, or the towers light up one after another.

The columns and facade surfaces were painted in color with MiniRado RGB wall washers. Their compact housings hide among the architectural details and stay unobtrusive by day. Because both layers are managed from the same control system, the lines and surfaces change color together; in a scene shifting from turquoise to pink, the whole facade behaves as one.

The palm trees and the warm lights in the garden form a natural foreground in front of the colorful facades. On a starry Belek night the hotel both stands out from afar and keeps an atmosphere that does not tire its guests.
