Seen from the air, Sirius Town first draws attention with its form: the block does not sit as a flat mass but curves forward like a Mediterranean wave, with a domed section rising in the middle. By day, balcony lines and shadows tell the story of this form. At night, the telling is left to the light.
On curved facades, aiming light at the surface lights one side of the curve and leaves the other in the dark. So we placed the light on the building’s own lines: MidiPix P8s following the floor lines run continuously along the curve. From whatever angle it is seen, the block keeps its daytime wave movement at night too.
Pixel control allows the colors to shift across the facade. Blue tones can move along the curve like a wave, or the whole facade can rest in a single color. The sign and canopy soffit at the entrance were lit in the same blue language, completing the residence’s night identity.
