Driving a large media facade or a 3D installation of hundreds of universes with an ordinary computer is risky: incompatible drivers, an operating system that updates itself, an overheating graphics card. ARCEDIA eliminates these risks before it even leaves the box. It comes with Windows 11 Pro, drivers, MADRIX 5, MADRIX RADAR and MADRIX HARDWARE MANAGER installed, licenses activated and network ports set with valid IP addresses.
Licenses included
The price includes the MADRIX 5 arcedia standard license (135,168 DMX channels, 44,880 DVI pixels) and the MADRIX RADAR core and big data licenses. If the project grows, the license can be upgraded to arcedia extended (270,336 channels). When MADRIX 6 is released, the update of the arcedia license will be free.
Small housing, continuous operation
ARCEDIA fits in a 218 × 218 mm metal housing; with the optional bracket, two units fit in a 19-inch rack at 1.5 units high. The industrial platform is certified for 24/7 operation; it carries ECC memory, an NVMe drive and a workstation-class graphics card. A microphone input enables audio-analysis effects, while VPN or remote desktop access makes maintenance possible without going on site.
