With a 31.25 mm pixel pitch, VMesh P32 is the mid-resolution model of the VMesh family. Thirty-two pixels per meter sample the image twice as densely as P16: details in text, logos and videos can be read from closer. It suits hotel and office facades, the street facades of shopping malls and buildings facing squares. Because the gaps between the bars stay open, the screen does not block daylight or the view out from inside.
The balance between detail and transparency
When the bars are arranged 31.25 mm apart, the same as the pixel pitch, the pixels are square and 1,024 pixels per square meter are achieved; in this densest layout about 38% of the facade remains open. As the spacing widens, transparency rises up to 85% and vertical resolution decreases. In most projects the screen is built with dense pixels horizontally and sparser ones vertically; the ratio is determined by the viewing distance and the content.
For exterior facade conditions
Each pixel has 2 LEDs, for a total of 64 LEDs per meter. The anodized aluminum housing has IP68 water and dust protection and IK10 impact resistance; the screen operates between −30 °C and +65 °C. It draws 16 W per meter and is in energy class A++.
Control and mounting
The screen is controlled via SPI; the standard power supply is 24 V DC, optionally 48 V DC. The 19.3 mm wide bars are attached to vertical support profiles with lockable mounting brackets; 500, 1000 and 2000 mm lengths are combined to build the screen to the size of the facade.
